Five years spent in South London running PSL schemes in partnership with Lambeth and Wandsworth Borough Councils before moving to Oxford in 1993. Ashley was an original founder of the HAMA Practitioner Consultancy in partnership with the Housing Corporation.

Pushpa Singh
Team Co-ordinator - Ealing Family Housing Association/HPCS ConsultancyPushpa Singh started working at Ealing Family HA in the Development Department 8 years ago. The role developed into Team Co-ordinator for Private Sector Leasing Department and part of her duties are organising and providing full administrative support to the HPCS Consultancy.

Derrick Williams
HAMA Co-ordinatorDerrick has more than 10 years experience in the private rented sector. He spent three years as a Senior Negotiator for a Property Management Company, overseeing the changes to private sector tenancies arising from the implementation of the Housing Act, 1988. Later, while with Nottingham City Council he set up the Returnable Deposit Scheme and introduced a grading system for temporary accommodation. More recently he has been working on Property Procurement for HAL and HAMA schemes.
