HPCS Consultants, previously known as HAMA Practitioner Consultancy Service, was first established in 1994. It has been built on strength and success by three Housing Associations, with financial support from the Housing Corporation, -

Northern Counties Housing Association

The partnership provides regional specialism, experience and expertise across a wide range of private sector initiatives. These key staff individually have many years experience and ability in all aspects of housing management and development.

The main objectives of the Consultancy are to:

Promote Innovation and Good Practice in the Private Rented Sector
Develop and promote new ways of working in the PRS amongst registered social landlords and local authorities
Research new initiatives
Publicise factors of significance to interested parties
Facilitate in sharing of experiences and the solutions to problems.
